There are many ceremonies and festivals throughout the year. There are Buddhist ceremonies, and the traditional Thai Festivals Songkran and Loy Kratong. There are other Festivals like Rocket Festival, Vegetarian Festival, and candle Festival.

Royal Ceremonies are planned by the Government and include HM the King’s Birthday, HM the Queen’s Birthday, Royal Ploughing Ceremony, Coronation Day, and Constitution Day.

Bangkok has a reputation, but for those wanting nightlife there are nice nightclubs with great shows that are safe in many of the nice hotels and area for tourists that are safe. Pattaya a beach community with many water sports has a reputation for nightlife that is wild.
